Can they take their phone out at any time?

What if a customer does not know the charging terminal of their battery and place the battery in the charging bay with the charging terminal facing the wrong way?
The voice instruction will tell the customer until they get it right and it costs nothing while their are doing this.
What if they forget their Pin#?
The owner or local services provider will be able to retrieve your battery without using your pin. Owners phone number should be displayed on the unit. Owner can give customer a override # over the phone to release battery from machine.
Does Charger decrease battery life due to the rapid charging?

Does the Charger have charging facilities for every model across the board?
Over 95% of the cell phone batteries can be charged by this Charger. Reason being most cell phone batteries that have charging terminals located on the TOP or the BACK of the batteries. Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty of OKCharger unit is one year on hard ware back to base to the manufacturer in Korea or local authorized services company.
2. For warranty claim, proof of purchase including date of purchase and a copy of completed warranty claim form must be provided. Otherwise, warranty claim will be denied.
3. A Return Authorization Code(RAC) must be provided for any unused OKCharger unit to be returned for credit. 20% Restocking fee will be applied to the authorized returned goods. Otherwise, no refund will be given to product returned without Return Authorization Code(RAC)
4. The Dead on Arrival period(DOA) on RMPC units are 10 days from the date product is delivered.
5. Faulty unit in DOA period will be replaced by new stock. Otherwise faulty unit will need to claim warranty for repair replacement.
6. Technical support, training and services from an OKCharger authorized dealer might be charged for a services fee.
7. It is OKCharger owner's responsibilities to clean unit and stand, collect vending, provide up grade and maintenance to Charger.
8 It is OKCharger owner's responsibilities to promote and advertise the services of Charger to their customers.
9. It is the owner's responsibilities to insure against any potential dispute and claim that might be made by an OKCharger consumer. No responsibility or claim can be made against the distributor.
10. It is the owner's responsibility to insure for any lost/stolen goods, damage of the OKCharger by consumers, public liabilities and vending income loss. No claims can be made against the distributor.
